• Cancelation Policy

    If a reservation is cancelled:

    • 21 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor – client, 5% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
    • 21 to 14 days prior to the arrival of the client-visitor, 25% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
    • 14 to 7 days prior to the arrival of the client-visitor, 50% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
    • 7 days or less prior to the arrival of the client-visitor or no-show of the client-visitor, total amount of the stay is charged.
    • In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.
