In order to make a reservation at the Aethrio Hotel, it is necessary that 10% of the total amount of your stay be prepaid via:

• credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DINNERS).

• Common transfers can be provided with shuttle on request : 12€/person/way from 08h00 AM to 09h00 PM, 15€/person/way from 09h00 PM to 08h00 AM.

• We do not recommend Aethrio for disabled persons due to safety reasons.

• The day of arrival is considered as a full day as far as the rate is concerned, regardless the time of arrival. The day of departure is not counted unless the client does evacuate the room up to 12h00 AM of the day of the departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a reservation is cancelled:

• 14 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor – client, no charge except banking fees regarding deposit refund(around 1-2%)
• 14 to 7 days prior to the arrival of the client-visitor, 25% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
• 7 to 4 days prior to the arrival of the client-visitor, 50% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
• 4 days or less prior to the arrival of the client-visitor or no-show of the client-visitor, total amount of the stay is charged. In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.
