Notre gamme d’appartement s’étend du studio spacieux aux appartements tout confort avec coin salon et chambre séparés. Tous ces logements ont un coin cuisine équipé d’un petit refrigerateur et d’ustensiles de base. La salle de bain avec toilettes est separee, certains appartements traditionnels possedent leur balcon prive avec vue sur la mer Egee au loin, d’autres une petite terrasse. Et tous nos logements sont d’architecture traditionnelle des Cyclades.

Studio 2 personnes (de 20m2 a 35 m2) : chambre, salle de bain (w/c, douche), sèche-cheveux, kitchenette, réfrigérateur, terrasse privée ou balcon avec vue piscine/hôtel, connexion Internet (payant).

Terms and Conditions
In order to make a reservation at the Aethrio Hotel, it is necessary that 10% of the total amount of your stay be prepaid via:

• credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DINNERS).

• Transfers can be provided with shuttle for ? 10 per person, one way, on request.
• Private transfers can be provided for ? 18 per person, one way, on request.

• The day of arrival is considered as a full day as far as the rate is concerned, regardless the time of arrival. The day of departure is not counted unless the client does evacuate the room up to 12h00 AM of the day of the departure.

Cancelation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled:

• 21 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor – client, 5% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
• 21 to 14 days prior to the arrival of the client-visitor, 25% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
• 14 to 7 days prior to the arrival of the client-visitor, 50% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
• 7 days or less prior to the arrival of the client-visitor or no-show of the client-visitor, total amount of the stay is charged. In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.

Si une reservation est annulee :

• Jusqu’a 14 jours avant l’arrivee prevue du client, aucun frais d’annulation (sauf frais bancaires de remboursement d’acomptes, 1 ou 2%).

• De 14 jours a 7 jours avant l’arrivée prévue du client, les frais d’annulation s’elevent a 25% du montant total de la réservation.

• De 7 jours a 4 jours avant l’arrivée  prévue du client, les frais d’annulation s’elevent a 50% du montant total de la réservation.

• De 4 jours  avant l’arrivée prevue du client, les frais d’annulation s’élèvent a 100% du montant total de la réservation. En cas de non présentation ou de départ anticipe lors du séjour, aucun remboursement ne sera effectue.

L’Aethrio est un hôtel traditionnel classe Cat. A, il est situe au coeur de ce magnifique village, a deux pas de la promenade sur la Caldeira et des commerces, au milieu d’un quartier piéton.

Dédié au confort et au repos, aucun véhicule motorise ne viendra perturber le calme et l’ambiance feutrée de notre établissement. De plus, nous proposons uniquement 19 logements, conservant ainsi pour chacun la tranquillité recherchée pendant les vacances.

Du haut de notre solarium, on peut admirer les horizons de la mer Egee, contempler loin de la foule le merveilleux et immanquable coucher du soleil, avec pourquoi pas un petit Ouzo !

L’hôtel se situe a seulement 100m des stations de bus et de taxi, on y accède a pied, arpentant les ruelles colorées (les bagages peuvent être naturellement transportes, par simple appel téléphonique a votre arrivée).

Dans le passe, les capitaines des navires au grand large passaient les trois mois d’hiver a Oia avant de repartir en mer. Encore de nos jours, les grandes demeures de ces capitaines peuvent témoigner de leur ancienne présence. A l’époque, les habitants vivaient également dans des habitations troglodytes, perchées a flan de falaise, sur la Caldeira. De cette configuration unique, le village d’ Oia est le sujet d’inspiration pour nombre d’artistes et photographes qui se délectent de sa lumière et de ses couleurs.

L’hôtel Aethrio constitue le legs d’une longue tradition : la famille Damigos. Les Damigos ont habite Santorin très tôt. Capitaines et marchands, ils ont entretenu des relations commerciales a travers la mer Egee, allant même jusqu’à l’Egypte, la Russie et l’Italie. Ils en apporteront beaucoup d’innovations. En 1928, dans les murs actuels de l’Aethrio, la famille ouvrit une usine de tissage. Le produit : les chaussettes Damson, de notoriété internationale. Apres de nombreuses années riches en évènements sociaux, politiques et économiques, la famille Damigos construisit l’hôtel Aethrio dans les habitations restaurées du moulin a tisser.
